Donna Watmough lives in Norfolk Uk. Her life changed drastically after a horse-riding accident left her with a badly broken back, unable to walk without help, and fearful of permanent paralysis. Battling back to fitness was the hardest task of her life, and the achievement of which she is most proud.

It was Donna's experience of fighting back to health and triumphing over adversity, which inspired her to help others. Now dedicated to helping people realise their own fitness and weight-loss goals, her 'real-life' understanding of the problems people can face, truly sets Donna apart.

A fully qualified and very experienced Nutritionist and Exercise Coach specialising in Weight-Management, Donna works in and around the North Norfolk area offering one-to-one help and support to people who are struggling to lose weight. She also co-owns the successful business Live...Diet & Fitness with her husband Bill, who is a Personal Trainer.

In demand as a Freelance Writer specialising in Health Issues and Weight-Loss, Donna has been featured in the Eastern Daily Press and the North Norfolk News, and has guested as an Expert on North Norfolk Radio. She also contributes a regular column for the Times Papers Group.
